Designed self-service and admin-assisted registration across multiple services, with Keycloak, Temporal, email OTP, Google Sign-In, 2FA and recovery of interrupted journeys.
My contribution
End-to-end journeys, service responsibilities, API contracts, state transitions, validation and partial-failure handling.
Related integrations
AI sales assistant via Gupshup: designed a sign-in link and Keycloak authentication flow for secure access through WhatsApp. Twilio: designed phone-number verification using OTP codes delivered via WhatsApp. Zendesk support: designed seamless OIDC SSO from the merchant portal to Help Center and authenticated Messaging with a short-lived signed JWT, passing verified user identity and active merchant context into chat.
